RIM’s CEO Issues Video Apology For BlackBerry Outage

Earlier today we had an official statement from RIM on the status of the BlackBerry services around the world, and now RIM’s CEO, Mike Lazardis,  has issued a video apology to RIM’s customers which you can see below.
