Alois Trancy’s real name is Jim McCain, an abandoned orphan along with his younger brother Luca. Alois was angry at the villagers who mistreated them and thus began wishing for their deaths. Luca believed in him, stating the his brother could do anything he wanted. One fateful night, Alois’ wish came true, at the price of Luca’s life.
