Kingdom Hearts III: Rinoa Heartilly

I know information about Kingdom Hearts III is literally next-to-nothing at the moment, but that doesn’t stop the cosplayers from making something awesome.

This is Rachel, and she’s one of the many readers of Cosplay Holic. When she sent me this cosplay of hers, I thought it was Rinoa from Dead Fantasy, so I emailed her to clarify. She said that it’s from Kingdom Hearts III, but since I can’t find anything about the game anywhere, I’ll have to take her word for it!

Kingdom Hearts: AntiSora

When Sora and his friends encounter Riku on Captain Hook's ship, he revealed that he had control over the Heartless, and created Shadow Sora’s to prove it. Once Sora had fought his way to the Captain’s Cabin, Riku creates a more complete replica of Sora, AntiSora, who was also able to wield a keyblade. AntiSora is the antagonistic, Heartless copy of Sora, using the prefix “anti-“ in his name which means “against.”

Kingdom Hearts: Riku 02

Cool and collected, Riku and his best friends Sora and Kairi live on the Destiny Islands and spend their days constructing a raft and gathering supplies so that they might one day set out and search for other worlds. He is rivals with Sora, competing at almost anything they can think of. Despite the fact that their rivalry is of good intentions, Riku is known to irritate Sora by being a sore loser and being very pushy involving their fight over Kairi.

This photo gives me the sense of being “reborn” into the world, which is exactly what it feels like when celebrating and welcoming the new year. Excellent work as usual by Kashino Rei! Many thanks to Pena for suggesting this! Happy New Year everyone!

When Natalie Parisi sent me an email regarding a 2011 Cosplay Calendar for Charity, I had to admit, I was quite skeptical at first. Mainly because I’ve had many requests like this in the past, and none seemed legitimate aside from this one:

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days: Roxas

In the prequel Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Roxas is a member of Organization XIII. He does not have memories of his previous life, but easily makes friends with Axel, the one in charge of watching over him. He also befriended Xion before falling into a month-long coma as a result of Naminé’s restoration of Sora's memory. It was only when Roxas awoke that he began to question the Organization’s motives.

I really love this cosplay and those awesome keyblades! I wonder if the cosplayer handmade them? Thanks to Beatrice for sending this in!
