Trendy or Tacky: Houndstooth Designs?

We have seen this trend before many of times. Most notably by Alexander McQueen and Gwen Stefani's LAMB, but the popular print is back on the runway thanks to Salvatore Ferragamo Resort 2012 collection. I personally like the trend but in moderation, like Selena's skirt or Ashley's clutch. But Lady Gaga took it a step further and literally covered herself from head-to-toe in the houndstooth print!
